What it does
NinjaHR is cloud HR for small and growing teams, and this is the employee side of it: check in by time and location, see the month’s attendance on a calendar, and apply for leave with its status tracked live.
Employees can also see their leave bank, leave categories, penalties and deductions, and an employee score, with real-time notifications when anything changes. Reports and analytics sit with the business.
