Ride scheduling
One-off or repeat rides, round trips and appointment reminders.
Two apps for non-emergency medical transport. Riders book wheelchair, stretcher and standard rides to appointments, check insurance eligibility and follow the ride live; drivers get dispatch, auto-routing, navigation and payments.

Safr Care runs non-emergency medical transport from two apps. Patients — or the people booking for them — schedule door-to-door rides to appointments in wheelchair, Broda chair, stretcher or standard vehicles, and get reminders before pickup.
Before a ride is confirmed, the rider app checks eligibility against the patient’s insurance — the listing counts more than 3,100 providers — and shows what is and isn’t covered. Drivers work from their own app: real-time dispatch, routing matched to their credentials, live navigation and traffic, chat and calls with the rider, and card payments.
